amazing hotel
large pool lounge chairs hotel shuttle several treadmills
i found many activities i liked. the main pool was very large and had many lounge chairs. the gym has several treadmills and bikes available for use. i used the hotel shuttle, it went to the city center.

pool area breakfast selection room refurbishment high price
i liked the pool. it was big and clean. the breakfast selection had many options. there was a lot of different food available.
the beautiful garden room needed refurbishment. the bathroom felt old. i cut my finger on the bath dial. the room was not worth the price.

underwhelming stay
old rooms lacking detail
The breakfast selection was great. It offered many options.
i don't think this hotel deserves its five stars, the rooms felt old, and the bathroom design wasn't great. i was disappointed when they wouldn't let us order pizza to the room after 5:30 pm, it felt too restrictive, we ended up ordering takeout from outside the hotel. the attention to detail was lacking.

superb stay
fine beach great stay snorkeling tour fun activities
the resort beach was Fine. The staff always tried to. I enjoyed the snorkeling tour. Our kids liked their activities and the pool very much.
the floor in my room was very slippery i slipped once.

The staff was very cute, and helpful . Mitch from Azura Beach Club especially added a significant touch. Many staff members, i hope the resort recognises their value.

The rooms were very clean and also comfortable. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast each morning. Daily activities are offered to families too. The location is convenient, with a 20 minute drive from the airport.
